Central European Conference on Cryptology 2025

June 19-20, 2025 • Budapest, Hungary

About the Conference

The main goal of the conference is to bring together researchers and graduate students in all aspects of cryptology, including (but not limited to) cryptanalysis, cryptographic applications in information security, symmetric and public-key cryptography, cryptocurrencies, post-quantum cryptography, pseudorandomness, signature schemes and time-based cryptography.

This will be an in-person only event where we hope you can join us in making CECC 2025 a nice venue for all participants.

Submission

Submission Requirements

Extended abstracts should be 2-4 pages in length (excluding bibliography). There is no specific template for the extended abstracts, we recommend any single-column 12pt latex format.

The submission deadline has been extended to March 31, 2025.

Submissions are handled through the EasyChair conference management system.

Submissions are now closed. Thank you for your interest!

Poster submission

This year we plan to extend CECC 2025 with a poster track and technical posters presenting original research ideas. In general, CECC 2025 is interested in posters with a special focus on work in progress, upcoming research challenges, and new directions from all fields of cryptology.

Posters should be submitted electronically as PDF files via email to cecc2025@inf.elte.hu no later than May 23.

Publication Opportunity

A special issue of the Studia Scientiarum Mathematicarum Hungarica will be published on the occasion of the conference. All speakers are invited to submit the full version of their presentation. Submitted papers will be reviewed according to the usual standard procedure.
